大学新生手机成瘾倾向对学校适应的影响:孤独感和生命意义感的链式中介作用

摘要: 为考察大学新生手机成瘾倾向对学校适应的影响,同时探讨孤独感和生命意义感的链式中介作用,采用手机成瘾倾
向量表、孤独感量表、生命意义感量表和学校适应量表对945名大学新生进行调查。结果发现:(1)手机成瘾倾向与孤独感
呈显著正相关,与生命意义感、学校适应均呈显著负相关;孤独感与生命意义感、学校适应均呈显著负相关;生命意义感与学
校适应呈显著正相关。(2)孤独感在手机成瘾倾向对学校适应的影响中起中介作用。(3)生命意义感在手机成瘾倾向对学校
适应的影响中起中介作用。(4)孤独感和生命意义感在手机成瘾倾向对学校适应的影响中起链式中介作用。大学新生手机
成瘾倾向可通过孤独感和生命意义感对学校适应产生间接影响。本研究丰富了大学新生学校适应领域的研究成果,对于提
升大学新生的学校适应水平具有重要的理论和现实意义。

Abstract: This study aimed to explore the effect of mobile phone addiction tendency on the school adjustment of college freshmen,
and to explore the chain mediating role of loneliness and meaning in life. A questionnaire survey was conducted among 945 college
freshmen using the Mobile Phone Addiction Tendency Scale, the Loneliness Scale, the Meaning in Life Scale, and the School Adjust⁃
ment Scale. The results showed that: (1) mobile phone addiction tendency was significantly positively correlated with loneliness, signifi⁃
cantly negatively correlated with meaning in life and school adjustment; loneliness was significantly negatively correlated with meaning
in life and school adjustment; meaning in life was significantly positively correlated with school adjustment. (2) Loneliness played a me⁃
diating role in the influence of mobile phone addiction tendency on school adjustment. (3) Meaning in life played a mediating role in the
influence of mobile phone addiction tendency on school adjustment. (4) Loneliness and meaning in life played a chain mediating role in
the influence of mobile phone addiction tendency on school adjustment. The study suggests that mobile phone addiction tendency indi⁃
rectly influences college freshmen's school adjustment through loneliness and meaning in life. This study enriches the research achieve⁃
ments in the field of college freshmen school adjustment, and has important theoretical and practical significance to improve the college
freshmen's school adjustment level.
